The room was a nice size and beds were comfortable. the decor was modern. the location was perfectly comfortable in the fairly nice area. the stay in this beautiful and excellent hotel was fun and we would stay here again.

There were no linens for the fold out sofa and when we called the front desk we were told we had to come and get them. There were three people at the desk doing nothing.They were rude with the exception of the lady who checked us in. She was very nice. Would not stay there again.

The breakfast had a good variety. the building and rooms were beautiful, and the bed was super comfy. the location was fantastic, it was close to everything 😊.

The facility is not in good repair and is not clean like other hotels. There are open garbage receptacles in the stairwells that were filled and stunk. Our room was booked twice and we were awakened around midnight when another party tried to check in.

I really liked the double room I had—it had a super comfy bed. Having a microwave, coffee/tea maker, and fridge in the room was a nice touch. the service they provided was great overall! 😊

It was more comport to me and less driver to go to the mall and vistors my parent house.
i need more pillow in room. Everything else was very good.

A flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a microwave oven in our a double room were useful during stay. A bathtub was large and everything was really good. The location was favourable and fantastic, accessible to stores, in the pretty nice area.

The room was fairly clean, except for the shower/tub rim on top. It had prior guest "stuff" on it

i didn't like it: smoke smell everywhere, problems with mastercharge (that I had not when moving to a nearby competitor, rude welcoming (if I can call that welcoming a guess).
